Habits are hard to break. But if your bad habits are breaking you apart, I suggest you voluntarily break those and improve your life.

It feels good to drown in sadness and misery when you are in it, but you might regret staying in that dark place in the future.

I know we shouldn’t blame those people who have chosen the unpleasant paths. I am not blaming you or anything.

However, as I am concerned about your well-being even though I don’t know who you are, I think being miserable for a long time is not reasonable anymore.

It is okay to ruin your life for a few months, but if it has been five years and you are still a mess, don’t you think it is time you started caring about yourself?

Allow yourself to cry if it still hurts, but you have the option to move forward.

What happened happened. You can’t undo the pain, whether it be your pain or someone else’s, even if you choose to become miserable until you die.

That may sound so insensitive now, but once you have accepted the situation and forgiven yourself, you will realize that I am making sense.

An open letter to alcoholic people, did it make sense?
